TEAM TPHS!

Holy Spirit Saint Vincent de Paul Conference, Sacramento established a special project, In the course of our work, we have come into contact with many people who are in danger of becoming homeless because of temporary financial difficulties or who are homeless. Recognizing the significance of this problem, in December 2018 our Conference established the Transition to Permanent Housing Solutions program (TPHS) and committed to raising funds to facilitate housing for clients who are homeless or in imminent danger of becoming homeless due to circumstances beyond their control. This includes rental assistance, security deposits, moving expenses, furniture, kitchenware, dishware and other items.
