Once again, I am participating in an AWESOME fundraising event to help people in SIGNIFICANT need. During these unprecedented times, people are REALLY in need! I am honored to serve as the President of the St. Vincent de Paul Society Conference at my church, St. Paul the Apostle, here in NYC. All throughout COVID, we have been diligently working at helping those in urgent and emergent need. Needs could include food, shelter, financial compromises, education, medical assistance and much more. All the support we give is ONLY possible by the generous donations we receive. The Friends of the Poor walk is our major annual fundraiser where our conference has the opportunity to gain funds to support those that come to us for help. Please give what you can. I promise that the money goes directly to our conference to use, to help us help the people we serve. My goal this year is $5,000 or more. I know I CAN DO IT WITH YOUR HELP!!! ANY amount donated is greatly appreciated and is NEVER too small!!! This year, the IN PERSON! walk will be on Saturday, September 25th. Thank you in advance for your support!
