The Young Vincentian Alliance

We the Young Vincentian Alliance, or YVA for short, are a group of 18-39 year olds and a part of St. Vincent de Paul Society here in Sacramento. Our Mission is the same as all Vincentians: to grow in holiness through friendship, service and spirituality. As hosts of the event -- we are honored to highlight not only the plight of the poor -- but to further the cause of eradicating poverty one step at a time. As our founder was a young college student when he founded our Society, there is no restriction on how young people can change the world. We are just doing our part!
